2020 Pinot Grigio

DESCRIPTION

Pinot Grigio is known for its crisp acidity and vibrant fruit aromas: bright citrus, apple, pear and ripe banana. We have crafted a very lush Pinot Grigio, beautifully intense, full of wonderful fruit flavors and a very long finish by utilizing a small amount of French oak and post fermentation aging on the yeast lees to develop the mouthfeel and overall body of the wine.

WINEMAKING NOTES

Fermented in stainless-steel and aged in French Oak for several months.

Blended from 100% Temecula Valley grown grapes.
